Documentation

Ultramain Systems has an in-house documentation department which keeps ULTRAMAIN documentation up to date at all times. As each new enhancement release is published, updated online documentation is provided. Also provided are User Reference Manuals and Training Manuals.  

With each new enhancement release we also provide “What's New” and “How To” manuals that focus just on the new capabilities. What's New addresses higher level business needs that led to the enhancements, what they do, why they are needed and what the benefits will be. The How To addresses more specific information for users on how to use the new capabilities.
