For those processes within an area of business as expansive as asset maintenance and related logistics, rarely does off-the-shelf software fully support all that a customer needs, regardless of how flexible the software is. ULTRAMAIN is designed to be quickly modified to address individual customer needs. Gap Analysis is an activity that identifies what needs the standard ULTRAMAIN software does not address out of the box.

Our experience is that customers have individual needs, for various reasons, and software needs to support them. Otherwise, customers are forced to use workarounds, and when that happens, many benefits of an integrated system are lost.
