Because we do not outsource the development or support of ULTRAMAIN we have a great deal of experience developing, implementing and supporting ULTRAMAIN directly for our customers. We first released ULTRAMAIN in 1985 and since then have been constantly expanding, improving and refining the best maintenance and logistics software yet devised. We keep customer costs and implementation times down while keeping success at 100%. We recruit, hire and utilize experts from industry who have spent their first career doing what our customers do. They are well positioned to apply that knowledge and experience implementing, refining and supporting ULTRAMAIN users around the word. All ULTRAMAIN implementations are done directly by Ultramain Systems.
