ULTRAMAIN Billing allows your organization to bill customers for the sale of parts, the sale of fuel, the use of your assets, and for maintenance work that has been performed and completed. ULTRAMAIN Billing provides several different ways to bill for the use of assets that you can use in any combination with different rates: Billing can be done for a customer who temporarily borrows an asset from your organization, rents an asset on a short-term basis, on a lease agreement and on a permanent assignment, i.e. until you retire or replace the asset. When a customer owns assets but you are responsible for planning for asset replacement, you can bill for asset replacement. ULTRAMAIN Billing allows you to bill for maintenance performed on customer assets, either on a fixed-rate monthly fee that covers all maintenance performed or by other methods. Billing also interacts with maintenance to enable you to bill customers for the cost for maintenance on their assets as the charges are incurred through a work order. ULTRAMAIN calculates the actual costs for labor, parts, equipment, vendor labor, vendor parts, or other vendor costs, and then applies the markups you specify to the actual costs.
