Each employee can be associated with multiple Crafts. Each Craft can track multiple Skill Levels. Each Skill Level tracks a monetary Skill Rate and a monetary Bill Rate. Each employee is associated with a Shop (Station), Work Group, Crew, Work Schedule, and Shift. Each employee can be associated with multiple Certifications. Certification Expiration Dates are tracked for each employee and validated upon Assignment or Time Card entry. ULTRAMAIN tracks workforce qualifications for each maintenance task and matches qualifications required by tasks to qualifications of maintenance technicians when scheduling labor.Training Courses completed by each employee are tracked. Employee information within ULTRAMAIN details individual employee skills, proficiency, qualifications, and work schedules. ULTRAMAIN allows you to establish personnel qualifications required to complete the work. If qualification has expired or is due to expire, ULTRAMAIN alerts the user. ULTRAMAIN tracks individual licenses, qualification data and the like for individuals and prints a qualification report in a layout provided.ULTRAMAIN allows you to view or edit employee training, certifications, and evaluations. For example, if you are a training coordinator, you can determine which mechanics need to attend the next ULTRAMAIN review course. If you are a maintenance manager, you can record annual performance reviews. If you are an auditor, you can review employee certifications to ensure that your organization is in compliance with internal and external quality control procedures.
