Ultramain Systems' in-house staff provides direct support services to ULTRAMAIN customers, no matter where they are in the world, from our corporate offices in Albuquerque or at customer sites. Ultramain Systems' customer support organization is made up of knowledgeable individuals who know our customers, their business needs and ULTRAMAIN. This knowledge of customer issues, needs and personnel allows us to provide continuity in our support. The same people who implement ULTRAMAIN for our customers support them thereafter. Unlike many software companies, Ultramain Systems does not outsource customer support to third-party contractor organizations.
