Asset Health & Reliability Management (AHRM)™

Originally developed for aircraft, Asset Health & Reliability Management (AHRM) is applicable to any asset type and offers touch-of-a-button reporting capabilities to Asset Maintenance and Engineering organizations, which significantly reduces the time spent pursuing reliability issues. With ULTRAMAIN AHRM, the information required to analyze period reports to regulators is assembled automatically, yet it remains flexible to ensure production of appropriate metrics. AHRM also provides real time monitoring of technical defects. AHRM interfaces with asset tracking systems to automatically capture delays, cancellations, diversions, turn backs, and returns. It also interfaces with the asset communication links to retrieve asset generated messages in real time. Interfaces with efbTechLogs and other e Tech Log software and M&E systems to capture defects including operator reports, maintenance write-ups and component removals. Reliability metrics are automatically computed and notifications of exceedances are provided automatically.
