Gap Analysis

For those processes within an area of the business as expansive as asset maintenance and related logistics rarely does off-the-shelf software fully support 100% of all that a customer needs – no matter how flexible the software is. Some software suppliers approach the market with a position that customers must downgrade what they do to use only supplied out of the box software, but not us.

Our experience is that customers have individual needs, for various reasons, and software needs to support them. Otherwise, customers are forced to use workarounds and when that happens many benefits of an integrated system are lost.

ULTRAMAIN is designed to be quickly modified to address individual customer needs and the Gap Analysis is an activity that identifies what needs the standard ULTRAMAIN software does not address out of the box.
