ULTRAMAIN Materials Management is a comprehensive management tool that enables you to track items, perform inventory actions, reorder supplies, and perform inventory counts. Inventory actions are a fundamental part of Materials Management. Materials Management may be directly linked to ULTRAMAIN’s Procurement or interfaced to a third party product. Within ULTRAMAIN, inventory actions facilitate and support Requesting Inventory, Maintaining Inventory, Moving Inventory, and Receiving Inventory business processes. ULTRAMAIN maintains an audit trail of related inventory actions and provides methods for comprehensive reporting for the purpose of review.ULTRAMAIN concurrently manages materials provided by a variety of sources and is able to manage the cost implications of customer provided spares, consignment spares etc. Support for a variety of loan and commercial support arrangements is provided and these may be discrete to customer or be part of the MRO support chain activity. Traceability of repair costs can be sustained through the repair and/or exchange processes.
