Karen Ross Joins USI as Human Resources Manager

Karen M. Ross recently joined the Ultramain Systems team as the Human Resources Manager. With 21 years of progressive experience in the human resources field, Karen also brings specific expertise in employee relations, training/development, employment law, organizational development, and strategic management.Karen will continue to work part-time at the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Business teaching HR certification courses, as well as consulting for non-profits in the area of workplace compliance and investigations.When she is not working in human resources, Karen also enjoys the great outdoors, including mountain biking, roller blading, and playing for the USTA on several tennis leagues. Karen originally hails from Minnesota.Ultramain Systems would like to extend a warm welcome to Karen in her new office at USI.
