Ultramain Systems Releases New Customer Satisfaction Survey
As part of USI's ongoing efforts to collect customer feedback onĀ ULTRAMAIN software and support, Ultramain Systems has released a new survey for ULTRAMAIN customers, available in the customer support portal online.Like previous surveys, this latest survey is intended to help Ultramain Systems customer support personnel better understand the wants and needs of Ultramain Systems customers. And, as with past USI customer services, it is intended to help highlight potential problems that may exist, as well as what customers like and wish to see more of.
In the past, our surveys have often covered specific events, like implementation, training courses, or releases," said Bruce Cronin, Customer Support Mananger for Ultramain Systems. "However, this survey is more general in nature, and we're hoping it will provide us with more global information on how our customers feel we're doing.
Bruce and his team will use the information gleaned from the survey to help improve ULTRAMAIN v9 software and make the implementation and training processes even better.Ultramain Systems customers can expect an email from Customer Support with the link to the survey in the near future.
