Look and Feel

ULTRAMAIN provides a consistent look and feel throughout all software products. An exception is onboard aircraft software which has a slightly different look and feel because it is fully touchscreen enabled, but within that realm there too it is consistent.

ULTRAMAIN software has a workspace design intended to present maximum information relevant to the area of focus without users having to jump back and forth to and from “peek-a-boo” windows. This greatly minimizes needed keystrokes. It also increases decision support provided by ULTRAMAIN, enabling users to make better and quicker decisions, and then take action on them in the very same workspace within the software. Look and feel is presented uniformly throughout all of ULTRAMAIN.

Uniformity of look and feel results in less training, increased ease of use and more productive users. Many users do not operate solely within a single area of the software, so having consistent presentations ensures that users can go to wherever their job roles take them within familiar similarly operating software.
